Maintain packaging materials and consumable materials inventory

Take immediate control during emergencies or abnormal conditions.

Daily operational activities

Plan and arrange preventive maintenance for machines

Take corrective actions in case of deviations

Coordinate with cross-functional teams

Management of necessary spare parts.

Take immediate decisions to resolve operational issues.

Timely dispatch of materials

Coordinate 5s audits, safety audits, and customer/visitor audits

Prepare and maintain production reports, including PFG to FG conversion reports and scrap reports.

Shop floor discipline and safety practices

Process monitoring and cross-verification of ongoing operations

Production target achievement
