Job Summary:

The Assistant Accounts will support daily accounting operations, maintain ficial records, assist in reporting, and ensure accurate and timely ficial documentation while complying with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day operations across accounts
- Coordinate with faculty, staff, and students for administrative and academic requirements
- Assist in preparation and maintece of reports, MIS, and documentation for audits and regulatory submissions (NAAC, AICTE, NIRF, etc. )
- Facilitate scheduling, verification, and coordination
- Manage communication, records, and data with accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide timely support in general administration and departmental coordination

Educational Qualification

- Graduate degree from a recognized university.





Professional Certifications

- Any relevant certification in accounting management is desirable but not mandatory

Skilled Experience

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administration
- Prior experience in a similar field is preferred

Skills and Competencies

- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities with high attention to detail
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance
