Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AO Coordinator to coordinate Asset Optimization, Work Management, Reliability Enhancement, Maintenance Excellence and Continuous Improvement activities at a client site in Lanjigarh, Odisha.

The role requires solid experience in Asset Optimization, Preventive Maintenance, Reliability Improvement, RCA & CAPA, SAP PM, Shutdown Management and performance monitoring, with a focus on improving equipment reliability, availability and maintenance effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate Asset Optimization (AO) assessments and support preparation of AO Maps.
- Plan, monitor and ensure compliance with Preventive Maintenance schedules and timelines.
- Monitor PM effectiveness, equipment availability and maintenance performance.
- Coordinate Work Management activities and track maintenance KPIs.
- Analyse recurring equipment failures, breakdowns and production losses.
- Support RCA and CAPA implementation for critical and recurring equipment failures.
- Monitor MTBF, PM/BD ratio and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Electrical & Instrumentation and other cross-functional teams.
- Support shutdown planning, execution, daily evaluation and post-shutdown learning.
- Coordinate SOP/SMP review,



updating and implementation.
- Support SOP/SMP-related training activities as per the training matrix.
- Drive 5S, Kaizen, SGA and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Monitor SAP PM notifications, job loading, approvals, work orders and closure.
- Support skill assessment, Training Need Identification (TNI) and training calendar activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures, PPE and plant safety requirements.
- Prepare and maintain performance reports, dashboards and management data.
- Identify opportunities for improving asset reliability, availability, utilization and maintenance effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

- B.E. / B.Tech with 5 - 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Asset Optimization, Maintenance, Reliability, Work Management or Maintenance Excellence.
- Experience in Aluminium, Refinery, Steel, Metals, Power, Cement or Process Industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of Preventive Maintenance, Reliability Improvement, RCA & CAPA.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP PM and maintenance work management.
- Experience in shutdown planning and execution will be preferred.
- Good analytical, coordination, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional plant teams.
- Willingness to work in a plant / site environment.
