Locations: Indore, Madhya Pradesh & Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Reporting To: TS / ASM

Experience: 3+ Years

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher

Industry: Consumer Electronics / Mobile Service

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ATS (TS2) professional to lead and strengthen regional technical capabilities across service centers. The role will focus on technical training, repair process optimization, quality improvement, technical issue resolution, and development of regional service engineers.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of mobile phone repair fundamentals, hardware/software troubleshooting, technical training, quality management, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities1. Recent Product Technology Introduction

- Participate in HQ technical training for new products, tools, and technologies.
- Localize technical training materials and conduct training for regional engineers.
- Support the implementation and handover of new products at the regional level.
- Track IMS implementation progress and ensure proper execution.
- Support HQ in collecting photos, videos, logs, and other information related to product quality issues.

1. Software & Hardware Tool Management

- Guide engineers in the correct and effective use of repair tools.
- Coordinate regional repair-tool requirements and procurement.
- Ensure service centers have the required tools for efficient repairs.
- Conduct periodic tool inventory and identify missing or damaged tools.
- Train engineers on the effective use of O+ support and software tools.

1. Quality Problem Management

- Identify recurring technical and quality issues and initiate appropriate quality feedback.
- Track quality issues through to closure and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Analyze regional VOC and quality data to identify major issues and improvement areas.




- Prepare technical/quality analysis reports and share actionable recommendations.
- Improve engineers' technical capabilities and quality awareness.

1. Repair Standards & Technical Development

- Implement standardized repair processes across regional service centers.
- Develop repair workflows and management practices in line with 6S standards.
- Support service center setup, technical readiness, and electrostatic/ESD compliance.
- Conduct practical technical training for service engineers and customer service teams.
- Improve repair efficiency, first-time repair quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop region-specific technical materials based on local technical issues.

1. Knowledge & Policy Implementation

- Localize and implement technical knowledge, certification courses, and policies released by HQ.
- Translate/adapt technical content according to regional requirements.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and refresher training for engineers.
- Verify effective implementation of technical policies and processes.
- Manage local GKM operations, including knowledge sign-off, content organization, search optimization, and issue resolution.

1. Technical Operations & Coordination

- Act as the key technical coordination point between HQ and regional service operations.
- Coordinate HQ technical assessments and incentive targets.
- Set technical targets for regional engineers and monitor achievement.
- Communicate and implement HQ technical processes, systems, and standards.
- Identify process gaps and proactively recommend improvement initiatives.




- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Regularly report regional technical challenges and improvement progress to management and HQ.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in consumer electronics/mobile service.
- Strong understanding of mobile phone repair, hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience in technical training, coaching, quality improvement, or service operations will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of repair tools and technical processes.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and regional teams.
- Strong presentation and training skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, escalations, and urgent technical issues.
- Proficiency in English and the local language.
- Willingness to travel across regional service centers as required.
