Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / Polytechnic: Candidate must have completed a 3-Year Polytechnic/Diploma in a relevant technical discipline from a recognized institute.
- Candidates with Polytechnic/Diploma completed in 2022 or earlier must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in assembly line, production, manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment.
- B.Tech / B.E.: Candidates with a relevant B.Tech/B.E. degree must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Candidates should have practical knowledge of assembly processes and basic production operations.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and production activities as per defined work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operate and handle production tools, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect components and finished products to identify defects, damage, or quality issues.
- Maintain required production output and meet daily/weekly production targets.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines at the workplace.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of materials and components.




- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards at the workstation.
- Report machine issues, material shortages, quality deviations, and production-related problems to the supervisor.
- Maintain basic production records, checklists, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate with supervisors, quality, maintenance, and other production team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow company policies, shift schedules, and all applicable workplace safety procedures.

Required Skills
- Positive understanding of assembly line and production processes.
- Basic technical and mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to read and understand basic work instructions, drawings, or process sheets.
- Good attention to detail and quality consciousness.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under production targets.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Good discipline, punctuality, and adherence to safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria Diploma/Polytechnic: 3-Year Diploma completed in 2022 or earlier + minimum 3 years relevant experience

B.Tech/B.E.: Relevant degree + minimum 2 years relevant experience

Note: Candidates must meet the prescribed educational qualification and relevant experience criteria to be considered for the position.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
