We are looking for a passionate 3D Modeling and Texturing Artist to join our 3D team at Juego Studios. The ideal candidate should have solid skills in 3D sculpting, low-poly modeling, PBR texturing, and hand-painted texturing. You will primarily work on creating high-quality game characters, but may also have opportunities to work on props, vehicles, and environments depending on project requirements.

Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, game-ready 3D assets following established style guides, concept art, production pipelines, and technical requirements.
- Produce clean, optimized meshes with proper topology and UV layouts.
- Texture assets using PBR or hand painted workflows to meet visual quality standards.
- Implement assets in-game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine with support from the tech team.
- Incorporate artistic and technical feedback and make revisions efficiently.
- Maintain proper layering, naming conventions, file organization, and project structure to ensure clean and reliable asset delivery.
- Create LODs and optimize environment assets to meet game performance requirements without compromising visual quality.
- Learn and adapt to new tools, software, and workflows with minimal supervision.
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks, manage priorities effectively, and consistently meet delivery targets set by the Lead.
