About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and target-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and expand our sales operations across Noida and NCR for our Ayurvedic and Cosmetics products.

The selected candidate will be responsible for building, recruiting, training and managing a team of Sales Executives, developing the market and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of sales growth across Noida/NCR.
- Recruit and build a solid team of Sales Executives.
- Train, guide and motivate the sales team.
- Allocate territories and set weekly/monthly targets.
- Develop new retailers, dealers and distributors.
- Build strong retailer and distributor relationships.
- Conduct regular market visits with the sales team.
- Generate new business and expand product distribution.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales.
- Track individual and team performance.
- Analyse competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Take corrective action when targets are not achieved.




- Expand the company's retail and distribution network across NCR.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Field Sales / Area Sales / Territory Sales.
- Experience in FMCG, Ayurvedic, Cosmetics, Personal Care or Pharma preferred.
- Team handling and Sales Executive recruitment experience preferred.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong retailer/dealer/distributor network is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Noida/NCR market.
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Comfortable with regular field visits.
- Target-oriented and capable of taking complete ownership.

Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹28,000/month

Additional: Performance-Based Incentives

Salary can be discussed based on experience, market knowledge and previous performance.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can build a sales team from the ground up, develop the Noida/NCR market, create a strong retailer/distributor network and consistently deliver sales growth.

Candidates with strong FMCG/Cosmetics/Ayurvedic/Pharma experience and an existing Noida/NCR market network will be preferred.
