Position Details

- Designation: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
- Department: Sales & Marketing
- Qualification: MBA (Regular)
- Experience: Relevant experience in Sales / Channel Sales / Business Development

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing business associates and channel partners.
- Identify, onboard, and develop new business associates within the assigned territory.
- Drive business development and achieve assigned sales targets in tonnage.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy outstanding levels.




- Coordinate with the Accounts team for reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies.
- Build solid customer relationships and strengthen the company's brand presence.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues effectively.
- Guide and monitor the performance of Marketing Executives (MEs) reporting to the role.
- Work closely with the RM/GM and take up additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements
- MBA (Regular) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in channel sales, dealer/distributor management or business development preferred.
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Positive understanding of the assigned market/territory.
- Leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
