Position: Area Business Manager (ABM) Experience: 10+ Years
CTC: ₹4.5 Lakh – ₹6 Lakh per annum
(Compensation will be based on experience, skills and overall profile.)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive business growth across the assigned territory
- Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business performance
- Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve organizational goals
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, distributors and key customers
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements
- Ensure effective execution of sales and marketing strategies
- Regularly review team performance and provide necessary guidance and support
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Pharma / Healthcare / Ophthalmology sales
- Strong communication, leadership and team-handling skills
- Target-oriented with a robust business mindset
- Good knowledge of the assigned market and customer network
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
