We are looking for talented, motivated and committed Architects to join our architectural consultancy team.

The selected candidates will have the chance to work on large-scale institutional, residential and other architectural projects, with exposure to planning, design development, detailed documentation and project execution.

Responsibilities

- Architectural planning and design development
- Preparation of detailed architectural drawings and working drawings
- Preparation of plans, sections, elevations and construction details
- Development of design concepts and presentation drawings
- Preparation of schedules, specifications and project documentation
- Coordination with structural, electrical, plumbing and other consultants
- Site visits and coordination with clients, consultants and contractors
- Incorporating project requirements and design changes into drawings




- Assisting in projects from concept design through construction documentation and execution

Qualifications & Preferences

- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognised institution.
- Preferred: Candidates from premier/reputed architectural institutions will be given preference.
- Candidates with relevant professional experience in architectural design, planning, working drawings and project documentation will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong design skills, good technical knowledge and an impressive portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
