ARCHITECT – RESIDENTIAL PLANNING & DESIGN

Position: 01 Position

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: B.Arch preferred.

· Residential floor planning, space planning, elevations, sections, working drawings, staircase, parking, kitchen, toilet, furniture layout, ventilation and client requirement analysis.

· Prepare practical and execution-friendly drawings for the site team.

· Software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion and 3ds Max. Photoshop, V-Ray/Enscape and MS Office are additional advantages.

· Portfolio of previous residential planning/design work preferred.

· Quality standard: Designs must be aesthetically robust, technically accurate, practical to construct and clearly documented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
