Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our interior design team. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural layouts, coordinating with interior designers and project teams, preparing drawings, and ensuring that design concepts are executed effectively at site while meeting client requirements and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design & Planning

- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals based on client requirements.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Support interior design team in space planning and design development.
- Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with regulations.

2. Drawings & Documentation

- Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with interior designers for furniture layouts, lighting plans, and finishing details.
- Maintain accurate documentation of drawings and revisions.

3. Site Coordination

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers.
- Resolve site issues related to architectural design.

4. Client Coordination

- Participate in client meetings and presentations.




- Incorporate client feedback into design revisions.
- Provide design explanations and technical clarifications.

5. Compliance & Standards

- Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants such as structural, MEP, and lighting designers.
- Ensure safety and quality standards during execution.

6. Project Coordination

- Work closely with the design, production, and execution teams.
- Assist in project planning and timelines.
- Ensure drawings are issued on schedule.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of architecture and interior design principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D visualization tools
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Strong space planning and detailing skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in architecture or interior design projects
- Experience in residential, commercial, or luxury interior projects preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
