We are seeking an experienced Architect with strong design and execution capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for managing architectural projects from concept to completion, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for project execution
- Prepare and review drawings, layouts, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, by-laws, and regulations
- Support project planning,
timelines, and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools
- Solid understanding of design development and site execution
- Good communication and coordination skills
