Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Ghaziabad. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, and producing detailed construction documentation for a range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients to understand requirements, collaborating with internal design and engineering teams, and ensuring that designs comply with local regulations, codes, and standards.

The role involves participating in site visits, overseeing design implementation,



and addressing design-related queries during construction to maintain quality and design intent. The Architect will also contribute to project planning, timeline management, and integration of sustainable and innovative design solutions into each project.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concept designs and detailed drawings.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural workflows, such as BIM tools, CAD software, and design-to-construction integration platforms.
- Proven Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and strong digital visualization abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; COA registration or eligibility is preferred.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, materials, construction practices, and sustainable design principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an architectural firm or design studio, particularly on projects in small-town or semi-urban contexts, is an advantage.
