Role Objective

We are looking for an experienced Architect to manage and coordinate architectural design and technical requirements across real estate projects. The role will involve design development, preparation and review of drawings, consultant coordination, site coordination, statutory compliance, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of architectural requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Planning Develop architectural concepts, layouts, detailed designs, and design solutions in line with project requirements.

Drawings & Documentation

Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, working drawings, construction details, specifications, and revisions.

Consultant Coordination

Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior Design, and other consultants to ensure proper integration of all design elements.

Site Coordination

Conduct regular site visits, review architectural execution, identify design-related issues, and provide appropriate technical solutions.

Design & Quality Review

Review materials, finishes, façade details, mock-ups, and construction execution to ensure alignment with approved designs and quality standards.





Statutory Compliance

Coordinate with consultants and relevant authorities regarding approvals, building regulations, development norms, and statutory requirements.

Project Coordination

Work closely with project execution, procurement, and other internal teams to ensure timely completion of architectural deliverables.

Design Presentations & Reporting

Prepare design presentations, reports, project updates, and other architectural documentation for management review.

Project Documentation

Maintain updated drawings, revision records, approvals, specifications, and other architectural documentation.

Candidate Profile

* B.Arch. degree from a recognised university.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate & Construction industry.
- Strong experience in architectural design, working drawings,



technical coordination, and site execution.
- Experience in high-rise building projects and villa projects will be an added advantage.
- Experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, township, or hospitality projects preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of building by-laws, NBC, development regulations, and statutory approval processes.
- Strong ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Leadership and team coordination skills will be preferred.
- COA registration preferred.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a professionally experienced Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Real Estate & Construction industry, who can independently handle architectural design, technical coordination, consultant management, and site-related requirements. Candidates with high-rise building and villa project experience will be given preference. Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
