Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from concept to execution.
- Prepare design concepts, presentations, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Review architectural drawings for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Guide junior architects and design teams.
- Participate in design reviews and client presentations.
- Coordinate statutory approvals and authority submissions where required.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, local bye-laws,
and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- B.Arch from a recognized university.
- 3–6 years of architectural design and execution experience.
- Solid proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp
- Lumion / Enscape
- Photoshop
- MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent detailing and working drawing skills.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience handling multiple projects independently.
- Knowledge of project planning and execution.
- Experience in luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows is an advantage.
