We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, develop, and coordinate building.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.

- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.

- Develop design proposals based on client requirements, project brief, and budget.

- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software.

- Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other consultants.

- Review shop drawings, material samples, and technical submissions.

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and site engineers.

- Identify design and construction issues and provide appropriate solutions.

- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.

- Assist with preparation of BOQs, specifications, material selections, and project documentation.





- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project correspondence.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.

- Relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of architectural planning and construction practices.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, or other design software is an advantage.

- Good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.

- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

- Valuable design sense and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
