About the Role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their requirements, generating interest, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients/leads and introduce company services.
- Engage with prospects and understand their business needs.
- Generate interest and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
- Schedule appointments/meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Update lead status and daily activity reports in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments.




- Build positive relationships with prospects and maintain professional communication.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain consistency.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills
- Telecall Appointment Setting experience.
- Experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
- Understanding of digital marketing or agency services is a plus.
