Role Description The Appointment Setter role at Framerz Media is a full-time, on-site position based in Junagadh. The role involves contacting prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to introduce services and schedule discovery or strategy calls for the sales team.

The Appointment

Setter will qualify leads, maintain accurate records in the CRM, follow up on warm inquiries, and manage calendars to avoid conflicts and missed meetings. Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing basic client questions, providing clear information about offerings,



and ensuring a smooth handoff to account managers or sales representatives. The role also requires collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach scripts, improve lead conversion, and support overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling skills, including managing calendars and coordinating meeting times.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, such as identifying potential clients, qualifying prospects, and nurturing warm leads.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including a professional phone presence, empathy, and the ability to handle objections courteously.
- Candidates should ideally have basic CRM or data entry experience and comfort working with spreadsheets or scheduling tools.
