? Key Responsibilities

? Make outbound calls to prospective B2B customers

? Identify and qualify prospects based on campaign requirements

? Generate and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team

? Engage with business owners, decision-makers, and relevant stakeholders

?️ Clearly communicate the company's products/services and their business value

? Research prospects and understand their business requirements

? Identify customer pain points and create interest in the offered solutions

? Handle objections and effectively move conversations toward an appointment

? Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, follow-ups, and appointments





? Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects

⚡ Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

? What We're Looking For

✅ 6+ months of experience in B2B Telecalling, Inside Sales, Appointment Setting, or Business Development.

?️ Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

?? Comfortable communicating with Indian business customers

? Target-oriented and performance-driven approach

? Solid persuasion and negotiation abilities

? Good objection-handling and problem-solving skills

? Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

? Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/calling platforms

? Energetic, confident, and comfortable speaking with business decision-makers
