Job Summary:5–7 years in Java application/production support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2/L3 support for Java applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLAs.
- Perform log analysis and root cause identification.
- Monitor application performance and system health.
- Coordinate with development teams for fixes and deployments.

Technical Skills:

- Java, Spring/Spring Boot
- Application servers (Tomcat/JBoss)
- SQL (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Linux/Unix commands
- Log/monitoring tools (ELK, Splunk, AppDynamics, etc.)

Core Skills:

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical ability
- Valuable communication and ownership
