Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer with solid expertise in Google Cloud Vertex AI Model Development. The candidate will troubleshoot critical business applications, support AI/ML solutions, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure application reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently troubleshoot and resolve application/AI-related issues.
- Work as an SME and actively contribute to technical discussions.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and management of ML models.
- Analyze system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Document processes, solutions, and technical knowledge.
- Continuously learn and adopt emerging AI technologies.
