As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and delivering timely solutions to maintain system stability and performance. Collaboration with different teams to understand system behavior and ensure seamless operations is a key part of daily activities, along with documenting findings and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of system issues.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to system support and troubleshooting procedures.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues. Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
- Strong understanding of database management principles and architecture.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of database systems.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex database issues effectively.
- Familiarity with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes for databases.
