We require an individual to work on our Technical Support Desk, so as our clients call up our support line for help, we expect you to answer and help our clients in an adequate and efficient manner. We are looking for an individual who can converse in english and urdu confidently. Axcess IT provides Epos and Management systems for Dry Cleaners and Laundries Internationally and one of our main ethos is to provide support to our clients whenever needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Work on the support desks and speak to our customers when they call
- Aid our customers with any issues they are having
- Help in the preparation of new Systems remotely

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications No experience is required, the only requirements we have is that you have the willingness to learn, a good level of English and the desire to grow in the company. You will be trained by our local manager and will be required to work from our office in Mumbai.
