This is intended to outline the general responsibilities and qualifications for the position of
Application Product Specialist Cytogenetics. It is not an exhaustive list and may be subject to change based on the company s needs.
Qualification:
- Graduate or post-graduate in Human Genetics/Cytogenetics or a related field. A Master s or PhD will be preferred.
Experience:
- 0- 2 years of experience in cytogenetics, laboratory work, or a related field. Experienced people will be preferred.
- Knowledge of FISH and karyotyping is a must. Microscopy knowledge will be an added advantage
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, technical support, or product management is a plus.
Additional Skills (If Any):
- Solid understanding of cytogenetics
- Proven research & communication skills preferred, including presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex scientific concepts to a non-technical audience.
