Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Application Executive | Overseas Education based in Hyderabad.

The Application

Executive will support students through the entire application lifecycle, including gathering documentation, preparing university and college applications, tracking deadlines, and coordinating follow-ups with institutions. The role involves guiding students on course and university selection, assisting with visa documentation processes, and collaborating with counseling and IELTS coaching teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.

The Application

Executive will communicate regularly with students and families via in-person meetings, phone, email, and messaging, maintain accurate records in internal systems,



and adhere to institutional and regulatory requirements. The position requires proactive coordination, attention to detail, and a robust commitment to delivering excellent service to prospective international students.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including explicit spoken and written English and the ability to explain complex processes in a simple, supportive manner.
- Organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple applications, track timelines, maintain documentation, and update records accurately.
- Customer service and counseling-oriented skills, with a focus on student-centric support, active listening, and problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of overseas education processes, such as university admissions, visa requirements, and test preparation (IELTS or equivalent); prior experience in education consulting is an advantage.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, email, and online portals) and comfort working with digital application systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in education, business, communications, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to changing guidelines from universities and immigration authorities.
