本職位存在的目的 (Purpose of the role)

協助IPD(Investment project leader)執行基金投資評估與投後管理業務，以達成基金營運目標

本職位最主要的3 – 5項工作職責 (3 - 5 major responsibilities)

- 投資評估：協助進行投資項目的評估與分析報告撰寫，包含產業調研、公司基本面分析、風險評估與財務分析等。
- 投後管理作業：與IPD(Investment project leader)密切合作，執行投資後的管理工作，定期追蹤投資專案的進展，參加董事會/股東會，撰寫投資戶定期財務與營運追蹤報告、評價報告、重要會議記錄、處分評估報告等文件，協助解決相關問題，確保投資目標的達成。
- 協助其他與基金運作相關事務





基本條件及能力要求 (Minimum Requirements)

- 工作經驗 (work experience) : 1-3年生物醫藥、金融投資、證券承銷、會計等相關工作經驗。
- 學歷 (education) :
- 碩士學位或以上（具有國外學歷者優先考慮）。
- 生醫、藥學、醫學、理工、商學財務等相關背景之學士學位，搭配 MBA 或其他跨領域學位尤佳。
- 語言能力 (language) : 中英文能力佳，具備多語言能力，能在國際環境中有效溝通。
- 其他 (others) :
- 積極主動，樂於學習新知識與技能。
- 具備良好的溝通能力與團隊合作精神。
