Role Description

We are looking for an Analyst Python - Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in Python development, software engineering, backend development, data analysis, SQL, APIs, automation, reporting, data processing, and enterprise applications.

The Analyst Python - Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop Python-based applications, analyse operational and business data, automate workflows, integrate systems, and build reliable software and analytical solutions.

The role may involve working with Python applications, REST APIs, backend services, SQL databases, automation scripts, data-processing workflows, ETL processes, dashboards, reporting tools, and enterprise-system integrations depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.




- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Python development, software engineering, backend development, application development, data analysis, automation, analytics, data engineering, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Python Software Engineer, Python Developer, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Backend Developer, Backend Engineer, Application Developer, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, analytics, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to valuable knowledge of Python programming.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, modules, packages, exception handling, debugging, and software-development fundamentals.
- Basic to good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, SQLite, Oracle, MongoDB, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar Python frameworks will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, web services, and system integration.
- Exposure to Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Requests, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, Matplotlib, or similar libraries will be an advantage.




- Exposure to data analysis, data cleaning, data transformation, reporting, or automation using Python will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics and reporting tools will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to ETL, ELT, data pipelines, data integration, or analytics-engineering workflows will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, testing, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Linux, command-line tools, scripting, and application deployment will be beneficial.
- Exposure to microservices, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery, or similar backend technologies will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to machine learning, AI, predictive analytics, data science, or automation will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, reporting, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical software or analytical solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, Python project, SQL project, GitHub project, API project, dashboard project, hackathon, automation project, data-analysis project, freelance work, or academic project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Solid willingness to learn current Python, software, backend, database, analytics, automation, and cloud technologies.
