Role Description

We are looking for an Analyst SQL Backend Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in SQL development, backend engineering, database programming, APIs, application development, data processing, system integration, software engineering, and enterprise technology solutions.

The Analyst SQL Backend Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop backend services, manage database-driven applications, build and integrate APIs, optimize SQL queries, automate workflows, and support reliable software systems.

The role may involve working with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Python, Java, REST APIs, stored procedures, backend frameworks, database design, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and data integration technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in SQL development, backend engineering, backend development, database development, software engineering, application development, API development,



data engineering, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as SQL Developer, Backend Engineer, Backend Developer, Database Developer, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Application Developer, Data Engineer, API Developer, Associate Software Engineer, or Analyst are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, analytics, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to positive knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, SQLite, or similar relational databases will be beneficial.
- Understanding of joins, subqueries, aggregations, views, stored procedures, functions, triggers, transactions, indexes, and query execution.
- Basic understanding of database design, normalization, table relationships, primary keys, foreign keys, constraints, and data-integrity concepts.
- Familiarity with query optimization, indexing, execution plans, database performance, and SQL troubleshooting will be beneficial.
- Exposure to backend programming using Python, Java, C#, Node.js, PHP, Go, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, .NET, Express.js, or similar technologies will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, web services, authentication, authorization, and backend system integration.
- Exposure to ORM technologies such as Hibernate, JPA, SQLAlchemy, Entity Framework, Sequelize, or similar tools will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with database connectivity, data-access layers, backend application architecture,



and API-to-database integration will be beneficial.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, or similar technologies will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, data integration, batch processing, or workflow automation will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, testing, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, cloud databases, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, database servers, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to reporting systems, data warehouses, analytics platforms, business intelligence, or enterprise applications will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with database security, user permissions, backups, recovery, data privacy, or secure data-handling practices will be beneficial.
- Exposure to microservices, distributed systems, message queues, caching, or event-driven architecture will be considered an additional advantage.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, reporting, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical backend and database solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, SQL project, backend project, database project, API project, GitHub project, data project, hackathon, freelance project, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time backend or database experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new SQL technologies, databases, backend frameworks, APIs, cloud platforms, and software-engineering practices.
