Role Description

We are looking for an Analyst (Python) Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in Python development, software engineering, data analysis, backend development, SQL, APIs, automation, reporting, data processing, and enterprise applications.

The Analyst (Python) Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop Python-based applications, analyse business and operational data, automate workflows, support reporting requirements, integrate systems, and build reliable digital solutions.

The role may involve working with Python applications, REST APIs, databases, data-processing scripts, dashboards, automation tools, backend services, ETL workflows, and analytical solutions depending on business and project requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence,



Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Python development, software engineering, data analysis, backend development, automation, analytics, application development, data engineering, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Python Software Engineer, Python Developer, Software Engineer, Data Analyst, Analyst, Backend Developer, Application Developer, Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, Business Analyst, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, analytics, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of Python programming.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, modules, packages, exception handling, and debugging.
- Basic to good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, SQLite, Oracle, MongoDB, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Requests, SQLAlchemy, Matplotlib, or similar libraries will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar Python frameworks will be beneficial but is not mandatory.




- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, web services, and system integration.
- Exposure to data analysis, data cleaning, reporting, dashboards, or automation using Python will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting and analytics tools will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to ETL, data pipelines, analytics engineering, or data-processing workflows will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, testing, debugging, and cooperative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, scripting, and application deployment will be beneficial.
- Exposure to machine learning, AI, data science, automation, or predictive analytics will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, reporting, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical software or analytical solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, Python project, SQL project, GitHub project, dashboard project, hackathon, automation project, data-analysis project, freelance work, or academic project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Strong willingness to learn new Python, software, analytics, database, automation, and cloud technologies.
