Role Overview:
Looking for an experienced candidate from Service / AMC Sales background to handle AMC retention and new business development of HVAC Products.
Role & responsibilities
- Proposal submission, negotiation & finalization of AMC contracts
- coordination for contract activation, work order issuance & invoice generation
- Expiry list validation for AMC retention & warranty conversion
- Order collection, Proforma Invoice, payment collection & TOP based invoicing
- Regular PR visits, client calls & payment follow-ups
- PEP customer identification & proposal submission as per need
- Handling tenders for recent AMC business
