The Role
You'll use AI to create videos that actually look intentional. From creative direction to final cut, you own the output. You'll move quick, wear multiple hats, and treat every brief as a chance to build a portfolio worth talking about. If slow days and easy timelines are the goal, this probably isn't the right room.
What You'll Do
- Direct and produce end-to-end AI videos for brand campaigns, social media, and digital
- Work across AI tools to generate, edit, and refine video content that meets creative and strategic intent
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters,
and strategists to bring ideas to life
- Stay ahead of what's new in AI creative tools and bring those capabilities into the work
- Handle multiple briefs simultaneously without losing quality or clarity
What We Need
- 0-2 years of experience (your portfolio does the talking)
- A portfolio with AI videos you made yourself, start to finish
- Hands-on proficiency across AI video generation and editing tools
- An eye for what makes a video work creatively, not just technically
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure without losing the plot
- Curiosity to learn newer and more efficient ways to get things done
