Role Description The AI Software Development Intern will support the design, development, and testing of components within the Ryha.dev platform as part of a full-time hybrid role based in Tirunelveli, with some flexibility for remote work from home. Day-to-day tasks include writing and reviewing code, assisting with back-end system integration, and contributing to internal tools that improve autonomous software planning and execution.

The intern will collaborate with senior engineers to implement secure, scalable software solutions, document technical designs, and participate in code reviews.



The role also involves researching AI-driven software development practices, exploring automation opportunities, and contributing to experimental prototypes that advance the platform’s capabilities. Interns will be encouraged to learn and apply best practices in security, reliability, and system architecture.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and systems fundamentals.
- Practical skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or similar).
- Understanding of Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and ability to apply them in designing clean, modular code.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Interest in AI-driven development, automation, and secure system design; prior exposure to AI/ML tools or platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small, focused team, communicate clearly, and document work effectively.
- Comfort with learning new technologies, experimenting with prototypes, and receiving feedback in an iterative development setting.
