Job Summary

Nova is our AI-powered product spanning a voice AI experience and a B2B SaaS platform. We're hiring our first dedicated Product Manager to own Nova end to end; both the voice AI product and the SaaS product. This is not a supporting or associate role. You will drive the roadmap, make the calls, and be accountable for outcomes across the entire product, from ideation through launch through the metrics that follow.

You'll be joining a company that already has a product team on our talent management side, but Nova will be entirely yours to own.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the Nova product roadmap end to end — both the voice AI and SaaS surfaces
- Drive decisions independently, from problem discovery through launch through measuring impact
- Work directly with engineering and design to ship features that move real business metrics
- Talk to customers regularly and let those conversations shape the roadmap
- Make pricing, packaging, and prioritization calls with real SaaS business sense
- Operate with startup speed — you'll be shipping, not just planning

Required Skills & Qualifications




- 2–3 years of PM experience minimum, with real ownership — not an assisting or shadow role, regardless of your title
- B2B SaaS experience is required. You should have owned or significantly driven a B2B SaaS product. B2C-only backgrounds are not a fit for this role.
- Startup or small company experience strongly preferred — we want someone who has made real product calls themselves, not someone who operated inside a large, structured product org
- A track record of full-cycle ownership — you've taken something from idea to launch to measured outcome before, more than once
- Genuine curiosity about AI, demonstrated by things you've actually done — side projects, experiments, things you've built or tested yourself — not just familiarity or interest on paper
- Strong structured thinking, fast learning curve, and transparent communication

- Direct experience building AI or voice products
