About the Internship

DCS AI Technologies is hiring AI Product Growth & Strategy Interns to work on real, active technology products across AI, SaaS, creator tools, sports technology, developer platforms and digital products.

This internship is designed for students who want practical exposure to product growth, AI product strategy, social growth, user acquisition, market research, outreach, partnerships, community building and launch execution.

This is not only a social media internship.

Selected interns will work with real DCS products, understand the product, its users and market, and help build measurable growth around it.

Depending on your background and interests, you may work on a product that is more:

Candidates may be aligned to products based on their interests, strengths and academic background.

What You’ll Work On

Depending on your assigned product, your responsibilities may include:
- Building product growth strategies
- Managing and growing product social media presence
- Creating organic growth campaigns
- Finding early users, beta testers and communities
- Supporting product launches
- Conducting competitor and market research
- Identifying creators, businesses, institutes or communities for outreach
- Building partnerships and collaborations
- Supporting user acquisition campaigns
- Developing referral, waitlist and early-access strategies
- Tracking website traffic, reach, engagement, leads and sign-ups
- Preparing weekly growth and performance reports
- Analysing user behaviour and campaign results
- Suggesting improvements based on user feedback
- Creating product positioning and messaging
- Supporting product demos and presentations
- Helping explain AI/technical features in simple language
- Creating or coordinating product content, visuals and launch material
- Supporting B2B outreach and corporate acquisition where required
- Working with technical and product teams to understand new features before launch

Work Mode — Hybrid / Remote

This internship is structured as Hybrid / Remote.

Candidates based near Gurgaon, Delhi NCR or nearby locations may visit the office for meetings, product sessions, workshops or collaboration when required or convenient.

However, office attendance is not compulsory for candidates located in other cities or states.

Students from South India, West India, East India, North-East or any other part of India can work fully remotely.

The focus is on

This may be considered from the fourth month onward, depending on performance and business requirements. Pre-Placement Opportunity

Exceptional interns may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) during the internship.

Selected candidates may be considered for full-time employment with DCS AI Technologies after completion of their studies.

Strong performance can turn this internship into a paid role, PPO and long-term career opportunity.
