Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking AI/ML Engineer – Team Lead who can take ownership of our AI initiatives, guide a talented team, and deliver high-impact machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
- Design and deploy production-grade machine learning models across domains.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into ML solutions.
- Performance, data pipelines, and scalability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and frameworks to continuously enhance our AI capabilities.
- Drive experimentation, innovation, and implementation of AI best practices.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in machine learning and AI application development.




- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
- Strong understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience with model deployment using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Team leadership experience with excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Familiarity with MLOps, version control, and DevOps tools is a plus.

Good to Have

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to big data tools like Spark or Hadoop.
- Participation in AI/ML research or open-source contributions.
