Role Description The AI Integration Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining AI integrations across client workflows and existing software systems. Day-to-day tasks include assessing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, configuring AI tools and APIs, and ensuring seamless data flow between platforms.

The specialist will collaborate with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, troubleshoot integration issues,



and optimize performance over time. The role also involves documenting integration architectures, training stakeholders on new workflows, and continuously evaluating emerging AI technologies that can improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to assess workflows, interpret data, and design effective AI-driven automation solutions.
- Clear and professional communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with system integration and APIs, including integrating AI services into existing software and business processes.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging integration issues, with a structured approach to root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Background in software development, with experience in languages commonly used for integration (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with cloud platforms.
- Understanding of AI/ML tools and platforms, and the ability to evaluate and configure them for real-world business use cases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving client needs and technologies.
