- We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated AI Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications powered by modern AI/LLM technologies.
- The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the frontend, backend, databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML integration layer. You should be able to take an AI-powered product feature from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop end-to-end web applications with AI-powered capabilities.
- Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly frontend applications.
- Develop robust backend services, REST APIs, and integrations.
- Integrate LLMs and generative AI models into production applications.
- Build AI features such as chatbots, RAG systems, AI agents, document intelligence, summarization, classification, and content generation.
- Work with vector databases and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Design and optimize database schemas and data-access layers.
- Integrate third-party APIs, AI services, authentication systems, and external platforms.
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms.
- Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code.
- Monitor application performance, reliability, and AI model quality.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver production-ready features.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve application performance and scalability.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI, LLM, full-stack, and cloud technologies.

Required Skills

Frontend
- Strong experience with React.js / Next.js.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Experience building responsive and reusable UI components.
- Familiarity with contemporary frontend state-management and API-integration patterns.

Backend
- Strong experience with Python (FastAPI/Django) and/or Node.js/TypeScript.




- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and scalable backend architecture.
- Experience with asynchronous processing, background jobs, and third-party integrations.

AI / GenAI
- Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI or other LLM APIs.
- Strong understanding of LLM application development.
- Experience building RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and semantic search.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or pgvector.
- Experience with AI frameworks/tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent technologies.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool/function calling, and AI evaluation.
- Experience working with AI agents or agentic workflows is a plus.
- Familiarity with fine-tuning, model evaluation, or open-source LLMs is an advantage.

Databases
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Experience with Redis/caching is desirable.
- Understanding of database optimization and indexing.

Cloud & DevOps
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows.
- Understanding of cloud architecture, logging, monitoring, and application security.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Valuable understanding of software development best practices and system design.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ownership mindset.
