You will work as part of the team in CP CoE comprising a mix of Directors, Managers, Project Leads, Associates, and Analysts working to implement cloud-based end-to-end advanced analytics solutions.
Delivery models on projects vary from working as part of a CP Center of Expertise, broader global Bain case team within the CP ringfence, or within other industry CoEs such as FS, Retail, TMT, Energy, CME, etc., with BCN on a need basis.
About You
- A Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Bachelor’s candidates with relevant industry experience will also be considered.
- 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, and building and deploying production AI systems.
- Hands-on experience designing agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or Azure AI Agent Service.
- Experience developing LLM-powered applications and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases and embedding-based retrieval.
- Working knowledge of graph databases (Neo4j, Cypher) for knowledge graphs, entity modeling, and graph-based retrieval.
- Proficiency in Python and building backend APIs (FastAPI/Django) to serve models and agents in production.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI workloads on Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML) and cloud deployment best practices.
- Solid grasp of prompt engineering, model evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and Git for MLOps/LLMOps workflows.

What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications that automate complex analytical and business workflows for Consumer Products clients.
- Develop and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, and Azure AI Agent Service, integrating tools, memory, and reasoning loops.
- Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, combining vector search with Neo4j knowledge graphs and graph databases.
- Model and query graph databases (Neo4j/Cypher) to represent complex entity relationships and power graph-based retrieval and reasoning.
- Engineer, evaluate, and fine-tune prompts and LLMs, implementing guardrails, evaluation harnesses, and human-in-the-loop feedback for accuracy and safety.
- Develop backend APIs and services (Python, FastAPI) to serve AI models and agents into production applications.
- Deploy, scale, and operate AI workloads on Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Kubernetes Service),
optimizing for performance, cost, and reliability.
- Build and maintain MLOps/LLMOps pipelines using Docker, CI/CD, and Git for continuous deployment and monitoring of AI services.
- Implement observability, logging, and evaluation to monitor model quality, latency, and drift of agentic systems in production.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and consulting teams to translate business problems into robust, scalable AI solutions.
- The Senior Associate is expected to have a knack for seeking out challenging problems and producing their own ideas, which they will be encouraged to brainstorm with their peers and managers.
