We are looking for a smart, highly adaptive AI Automation Engineer who can use AI agents, models, and automation tools to automate tasks across Android apps, websites, desktop tools, and business workflows.

You should be a solid problem solver who can take a manual process, understand how it works, and build a reliable automation that saves time and delivers results.

This is an AI-first role. You will use AI coding agents to plan, build, debug, test, and improve automations while taking ownership of their quality and reliability.

What You’ll Do

- Build automations for Android apps, browsers, websites, and repetitive business tasks.
- Set up, configure, and extend OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, and Grok bots.
- Build AI agents that interact with apps, APIs, files, browsers, and connected tools.
- Create browser automations for data extraction, dashboards, testing, and multistep workflows.
- Connect services using APIs, webhooks, MCP servers, and workflow automation platforms.
- Choose suitable AI models based on capability, accuracy, speed, context limits, and cost.
- Build workflows that combine multiple models or agents when useful.
- Add logging, retries, error handling, and human approval steps where needed.
- Monitor automations, troubleshoot failures, and keep them working as apps and websites change.

Must-Have — AI & Agent Knowledge

- Hands-on knowledge of OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, and Grok bots, including setup, configuration, tool connections, and practical automation use cases.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest models across all major AI providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, Meta, Qwen, MiniMax, and other emerging providers.
- Understand each model’s capabilities, limitations, pricing, and best use cases across coding, reasoning, vision, browser/computer use, tool calling, speech, and multimodal tasks.




- Know how to compare models through practical testing and select the right model for a task.
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, or equivalent to deliver working projects.
- Understand prompting, context management, structured outputs, function calling, and MCP integrations.
- Ability to critically review AI output and identify incorrect assumptions, unreliable actions, and poor implementation choices.
- A habit of actively following new model releases, agent frameworks, and automation tools.

Must-Have — Technical Skills

- Working knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication, and API integrations.
- Practical experience with browser automation using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Android
- Comfort with terminals, scripts, Git/GitHub, and debugging.
- Ability to manage credentials securely and respect access permissions.
- Ability to take a task from idea to a tested, working automation independently.

Nice to Have

- Experience with n8n, Make, or similar workflow tools.
- Experience building custom MCP servers, agent tools, or reusable skills.
- Knowledge of Docker, Linux, cloud deployment, and scheduled jobs.
- Experience with OCR, vision models, voice agents, and speech APIs.
- Understanding of Kotlin/Java or Android development.
- A portfolio of useful automations, AI agents, or open-source contributions.

- Using ChatGPT only for questions or basic prompts is not sufficient. We need someone who can connect tools, build workflows, troubleshoot issues, and deliver working solutions.
- You should be able to explain which model you would choose for a task, why it fits, and where it may fail.
