About the Role

We are looking for an AI Agent Engineer who can design, build, and deploy AI agents to automate content creation, research, and reporting workflows across our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on with agentic AI frameworks and LLM APIs, comfortable integrating multiple data sources and tools, and motivated to replace manual, repetitive work with reliable automated pipelines.

Focus: AI Agents & Agentic Frameworks, Generative AI/LLMs, Python, APIs, Content Automation, Research Automation, and Reporting Automation.

Roles & Responsibilities

Agent Development & Deployment

- Design, build, and deploy AI agents using agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar) for real business workflows.
- Architect multi-step agent pipelines that plan, call tools/APIs, and self-correct with minimal supervision.
- Monitor deployed agents and automated workflows in production; identify, debug, and fix errors or failures.

Content Automation

- Use LLMs and AI tools to automate content creation product titles, descriptions, specifications, keywords, and marketing copy.
- Build automation for product data collection, cleaning, categorization, attribute mapping, and validation.
- Work with AI-based image processing, enhancement, background removal, and image generation tools.

Research Automation

- Build agents that gather and summarize market, competitor, and product research from multiple online sources.
- Automate structured extraction of research findings into usable formats for the marketing and merchandising teams.

Reporting & Analytics Automation

- Build agent-driven tools for sales, inventory, pricing, and product performance reporting.
- Automate recurring reports (e.g., SEO, PPC, marketplace performance) by pulling data via APIs/Sheets and generating LLM-summarized outputs.
- Integrate with reporting tools such as Google Sheets/Looker Studio or Power BI where relevant.

Integration & Data





- Integrate internal systems and external platforms (marketplaces, portals, tools) using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Automate product uploads/updates across marketplace and internal portals.
- Work with product catalogues and structured/unstructured data in Excel, CSV, JSON, and SQL.
- Build AI-based solutions to support customer query handling.

Collaboration & Documentation

- Collaborate with business and operations teams to translate requirements into automation solutions.
- Maintain transparent documentation for agent workflows, APIs, and automation logic.
- Continuously evaluate new AI/automation tools and recommend practical adoption.

Key Skills Required

- Good working knowledge of Python.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or the OpenAI/Claude Agents SDKs (at least one required).
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar).
- Familiarity with RAG pipelines and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS) is a plus.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and third-party API integrations.
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
- Good knowledge of Excel/CSV and structured data handling; basic SQL.
- Knowledge of AI-based image processing/generation tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms or marketplace integrations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert business requirements into working technical solutions.
- Strong learning ability and willingness to work with new AI tools and technologies.

Preferred Experience

- 1-2 years of experience in AI/AI-agentic development, GenAI, automation, Python, or API integration is preferred; strong candidates with fewer years but substantial hands-on agentic AI projects will also be considered.
- Candidates with demonstrable personal or academic projects involving AI agents or automation pipelines (e.g., a GitHub repo or portfolio) will be preferred.
