Role & responsibilities

- Revenue Generation: Spearhead the development and execution of revenue strategies, building and scaling pipelines with major advertisers, agencies, clients and partners through multi-platform digital ad sales.

- Ad Inventory: Direct the monetization of digital ad inventory (display, video, and emerging formats), optimizing yield and maximizing platform revenue

- Branded & Sponsored Content: Lead ideation, execution, and revenue generation for branded content, sponsored initiatives, and customized campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally for innovation

- Business Partners: Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite clients, agencies, and ecosystem partners to secure recurring business and expand market share

- Mentor, manage, and grow a team of sales professionals, setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and fostering a high-energy, results-oriented culture.

- Competition & Current Trends: Monitor digital advertising trends, competitive landscapes,



and industry benchmarks; provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership

- Operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating resourcefulness, agility, and accountability for departmental P&L; outcome

Preferred candidate profile

- Exceptional verbal and written communication with executive presence to influence stakeholders and close high-value deals.

- Strong negotiation expertise at enterprise level, securing favorable contracts, pricing, and partnerships.

- Sharp analytical mindset: Leveraging sales data, market metrics, and forecasting to inform strategy, optimize team performance, and report on business impact.

- Demonstrated team leadership with a track record of talent development.

- Strategic business acumen: 15+ years in digital advertising sales, with 3+ years in managerial roles; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Applicants with only Digital Ad Sales experience shall be considered. This is an exclusing Digital Ad Sales position.
