About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Ageing Operator to join our production team. The Ageing Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring ageing/curing chambers or equipment to ensure products meet required quality and durability standards before moving to the next stage of production.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate ageing chambers/ovens as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Load and unload products into ageing units, ensuring correct placement and batch identification
- Monitor and record temperature, humidity, time cycles, and other process parameters
- Inspect products before and after the ageing process for defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain accurate production and quality logs/reports
- Ensure equipment is properly calibrated and report any malfunctions immediately
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area




- Coordinate with the quality and production teams to ensure timely batch processing
- Adhere to production schedules and daily output targets
- Perform basic preventive maintenance checks on ageing equipment

Requirements

- Minimum 10th/12th pass; ITI or Diploma preferred
- Prior experience in a manufacturing/production setting preferred (freshers may also apply)
- Basic understanding of machine operations and process parameters
- Ability to read and follow SOPs and work instructions
- Attention to detail and quality-consciousness
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle materials

Preferred Skills

- Experience with process monitoring/documentation
- Basic computer literacy for data entry (added advantage)
- Team player with good communication skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
