Role Description The Ads Intern will support the marketing team in planning, creating, and optimizing digital advertisements across various platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with campaign setup, monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and researching audience behavior and trends. The intern will help develop ad creatives, coordinate with designers and content specialists, and contribute ideas to improve campaign effectiveness.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad,



requiring a strong interest in digital marketing and performance advertising. The position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced MedTech setting and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

- Foundational understanding of digital marketing concepts, including online advertising and social media campaigns.
- Basic skills in data analysis, reporting, and use of spreadsheets or analytics tools to interpret ad performance.
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams on ad copy, visuals, and messaging aligned with brand guidelines.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail for analyzing market trends, competitors, and target audiences.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad on a full-time schedule.
- Interest in the MedTech or healthcare sector and familiarity with digital advertising platforms is a plus.
