Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the admissions sales team.

- Manage student leads, follow-ups, offers, and enrollments.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

- Monitor team performance and conversion rates.

- Maintain accurate CRM and admission records.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 2–4 years of experience in sales, admissions, counselling, or EdTech.

- Team leadership experience preferred.

- Robust communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Target-oriented and customer-focused.

- Knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Excel.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
