Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective learners, understand their career goals, recommend suitable SkillsBee programs, and support them through the admission process.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counselling and conversion skills, along with the ability to build trust and maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective learners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counselling & Course Guidance

- Counsel prospective students through phone, WhatsApp, email, chat and virtual meetings.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, interests and requirements.
- Recommend suitable SkillsBee courses based on the learner's goals and requirements.
- Explain course structure, duration, fees, schedules, learning approach and career relevance clearly.
- Address student and parent queries professionally.
- Help prospective learners make informed decisions about their course selection.

1. Lead Management & Admission Conversion

- Handle inbound leads and admission enquiries generated through various channels.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Identify genuine prospects and guide them towards enrollment.
- Handle objections and clarify concerns related to course selection, fees, timing and career outcomes.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Maintain a professional and learner-focused approach throughout the sales process.

1. CRM & Admission Coordination

- Maintain accurate lead, call, follow-up and admission records in the CRM.




- Update lead status and follow-up activities regularly.
- Coordinate with trainers and course coordinators for batch schedules and student onboarding.
- Ensure smooth communication with students from enquiry to admission.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting related to admissions.

Requirements
- Education: Any Degree
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, educational sales or a similar role preferred.
- Experience in EdTech, training institutes or career-focused education is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong counselling, communication, objection-handling and lead-conversion skills.
- Ability to work with targets and maintain consistent follow-up.

Salary & Incentives ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month + performance-based incentives
