We are hiring an Officer (Analytical Method Development) to join our Analytical Development Laboratory (Unit-IV) team!

Summary of the Role

As an Officer (ADL), you will play a critical role in advancing our research and development projects. You will be responsible for executing high-quality analytical method development to support key pharmaceutical projects. Success in this position means delivering accurate, compliant test methods and maintaining strict compliance with safety norms and industry standards.

This role fits into our organization as a technical pillar within the ADL team, reporting directly to the Department Lead, and collaborating with a dedicated team of scientists to drive projects from progress to production.

Responsibilities

- Execute analytical method development utilizing advanced instrumentation such as HPLC, UPLC, Malvern Particle Size Analyzer, GC-Head On, GC-Headspace, and UV-Visible spectrophotometer.
- Maintain documentation and safety norms by strictly adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), housekeeping rules, and related protocols.
- Draft technical technical testing standards by preparing clear specifications and test methods for all analytical methods developed within the ADL lab.
- Assess regulatory compliance by demonstrating a solid knowledge of cut-off activity requirements per active regulatory guidelines.




- Support ongoing projects including stability sample analysis and routine wet analysis to keep laboratory workflows running efficiently.

Qualifications

- Education: Master’s degree in organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, or pharmacy (M.Sc. / M.Pharm).
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in analytical method development & analytical method validation within a laboratory or pharmaceutical environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge and hands-on familiarity with analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, GCHS, UV-Visible spectrophotometers, IR, and KF.
- Compliance Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of GLP guidelines, chemical safety norms, and standard regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Core Competencies: Detail-oriented mindset for thorough documentation, problem-solving skills for method adjustments, and excellent collaborative skills.
