Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoice preparation, voucher entry, reconciliation, and payment collection.

- Prepare monthly reports on AR aging and provide timely updates to clients.

- Coordinate with sales team for client coordination and ensure accurate documentation for audits.

- Calculate incentives according to US GAAP standards and maintain records of payments received from US clients.

- Utilize Excel skills to prepare detailed reports and perform regular reconciliations.
