Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive/Lead who can handle some accounting functions independently, with minimal supervision. This candidate will be a part of the Finance and Accounts team working directly with the Manager, Accounts and Senior Director. The role will be part of the Finance & Accounts team and will work closely with the Manager – Accounts and Senior Director.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, commercially aware and capable of managing assigned finance functions with minimal supervision.

Job Profile

- Bank Reconciliations including cash management & managing banking relationships.
- Knowledge of Transfer Pricing issues and management.
- Manage direct & in-direct taxation (including GST Compliance).
- Finalization of accounts & project finance
- Experience in dealing with government departments, specially, Income tax, GST, Profession Tax




- Planning & Forecasting: Preparation of annual forecast (actual + projections) monthly.
- Annual Budgeting: Goal setting, investment planning, key initiatives, preparation of P&L;
- Salary & Payroll processing activities including statutory payouts like PF, P-Tax, ESIC, etc.
- Sales Invoices & Receivables Accounting & publishing relevant MIS for collections.
- Track all kinds of expenses, payments to vendors, employee travel reimbursement.
- Work with statutory and tax auditors for year-end finalizations.

Essential Skills

- Experience in using Tally or QuickBooks

Preferred Skills

- Robust hands-on experience in accounting and finalization of accounts.
- Good knowledge of GST and direct taxation

Educational Qualification

- Master’s degree in commerce / CA-Inter.
- Management qualification desirable
