Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage financial accounting, reporting, and compliance with IND AS and Indian GAAP.

- Oversee balance sheet finalisation, financial statement preparation, and tax returns filing.

- Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports to relevant authorities.

- Provide strategic guidance on finance and accounts matters to support business growth.

Job Requirements :

- 4-9 years of experience in finance & accounts role in NBFC industry.

- Solid knowledge of IND AS, Indian GAAP, and financial reporting requirements.

- Proficiency in preparing balance sheets, financial statements, and tax returns.
